Career Readiness Certificate

The Choctaw Nation, in partnership with Governor Henry’s Council for Workforce & Economic Development, recognizes the importance of and need for workers who possess strong “real world” employment skills. This partnership results in the utilization of Oklahoma’s Career readiness Certification (CRC) Program through WorkKeys assessments and KeyTrain skills training.

You are responsible for submitting the following items in order to receive the CRC Award:

1. Career Development Application, if you are not already receiving services from the Career Development Program. do not complete the Financial Needs Analysis (pg.3)

2. Copy your CRC certificate or card

3. Copy your Tribal Membersip Card AND your CDIB card

4. Copy of your Social Security Card

5. Complete a W-9 Form

Award Levels

Platinum Level CRC = $400
Gold Level CRC = $300
Silver Level CRC = $200
Bronze Level CRC = $100

Requirement: You must have an Oklahoma or National CRC and be a Choctaw Tribal Member! (Already have completed the WorkKeys assessments and scored 3 or above in all areas.)

You will receive your CRC Certificate and CRC card from your WorkKeys test site administrator.
